Happy Sunday!  Today in our neighborhood at 613 Ave. Create our challenge is Anything Goes - Optional TIC TAC TOE and is sponsored by Rick St. Dennis.

The image that I chose is called 1935 Hat. I went diagonal and used the free space for the bling on the earring, the digital image and ribbon.  The papers that I used were from my stash.  I hope you'll drop by the neighborhood and play along with us.
