For Top Hat Corinne:

Lace and Pearls.  Throw some lace and pearls on your projects and anything else goes!!

For Tea Time Kim Kutie:

Color combo; Pink and Lavender and some bling!  It's that simple!!

For Big Victorian Hat Betty: 

Funky Hair colors and feathers.  Any project at all just color her hair NON traditional; blonde, brunette, red head, it must be a funky fun color!
